So far, I haven’t had any issues with this lotion, using just as a moisturizer. It is very light weight, doesn’t need to be rubbed into your skin, absorbs quickly. I’m waiting to give a really challenge as the winter weather keeps coming. That’s when I have the severe skin issues – severe inflammation, dryness, and itchiness. If it continues to make my skin feel as good than as it does now, it will be a real winner. Would much prefer to be able to use a Colloidal Oatmeal based lotion or cream instead of the steroids I often end up having to use. Since this is a thin lotion, the pump dispensing bottle is a great idea, in my opinion. Decreases the amount of waste. Current price is about $10 for the bottle, which should last for a while.

The consistency is going to be the first thing you noticed with this product. Seems very watery for one thing, I had to shake it up a bit to get a better scope of what this just is. After shaking it helped it somewhat, but its not like other lotions in that regard for aveeno products that I normally get.
I have both the 1.5 fl. Oz and the 5 fl. Oz bottles of this product. The 1.5 version was the one I noticed the most issue with the consistency, If I had not had the 5 fl. Oz bottle also I would have rated this at a 3 for sure.
Overall it does provide relief to the dry and irritated issues I have with my skin. Though I have other products that seem to work better, this does do a good job at calming the problems I have.
So its a decent buy, just hopefully no one else has an issue with the consistency I had in the 1.5 fl. Oz bottle.

I have occasional eczema breakouts, that can usually be cleared up with regular Aveeno lotion or the Aveeno eczema formula. This time, I had two stubborn spots on one finger that just wouldn’t go away. I tried all kinds of products, wham I came across this one. After one day, my finger is cleared up! I did reapply several times during the day, but this is amazing! Cannot recommend this product enough!!!

This gel cream is very soothing to dry skin. It’s a small bottle that dispenses easily. The consistency is light and feels a little oily. It is absorbed quickly with no irritation to my sensitive skin areas.
