I wanted to take time to say there are two products that I love ! Cetaphil Gentil Skin Cleanser For All Skin Types and Cetaphl Moisturizing Lotion For All Skin Types. Both are perfect and I love!! I have been using since 2010 and I love how makes my skin feel and I love that I can use for face and body. I turned 45 years old this year and I am aways told that I look like I’m 20 !! I total believe that this is because of using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Clenser For All Skin Types and Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion For All Skin Types !
I feel so fortunate to have found amazing and perfect products.

I’ve used Cetaphil’s Gentle Skin Cleanser on and off for years. It’s basic, gentle formula is great for my skin and you can’t beat the price point. It has a smooth, silky texture that isn’t too heavy and it rinses off clean. I can’t using it when I have hormonal breakouts because I need something more heavy duty. Otherwise it’s a good cleansing option.

Very gentle on skin. It doesn’t form any lather because it has no soap. My face doesn’t dry out after wash . Very good formula . Best for sensitive and dry skin people. Thanks

I still 5 bottles of the old formula gentle cleanser, been using that for my baby since birth for 6years now. Only to find out it has 3 kinds of parabens. I thought it is the gentlest. My bad.

I absolutely love this cleanser. My face feels clean and so moisturized after I use it. I swam laps in the pool over the weekend and my face felt so dry when I got out of the water. Using this afterwards saved my skin. It will be getting a lot of use this swim season.

Why did you remove the body and face from front of lotion bottle? I believe ingredients now include oil? I have used Cetaphil for many years and will start looking for alternate options. The reformulation of the soap for all skin types is so thick, liked the original.

I have used this product daily for the last 22 years and it was fantastic, but then you changed the formula!!! The new formula is terrible, it smells like soap and feels different on my skin. I am absolutely devastated that you have ruined this amazing product. I definitely WILL NOT buy this product again, you have lost me as a customer.
