This product is amazing. I was dealing with a very heavy rash on my back which seemed to be worse after showering. I wasn’t sure if it was eczema or some sort of allergy, but I have eczema-prone dry skin and 0 allergies, so I tried this product. (I’m now almost convinced it was asteatotic eczema but who knows, it’s just a self-diagnosis).
I applied it 3 times a day in the first few days and I started noticing the difference after the very first application. After only 2-3 days, I reduced frequency to 2 times a day. My skin got so incredibly soft (according to my partner, my back hadn’t been this soft in all the time he’s known me). After another few days, I used it only after showering for a while, but I eventually stopped because the problem didn’t return. I am now using Eucerin Advanced Repair lotion and saving this one for the next serious flare-up. It solved my problem so quickly, it really did seem like magic. A MUST-buy for anyone with eczema.
There is a little bit of medicinal scent but it doesn’t bother me at all. The cream is obviously very thick, which I normally don’t enjoy, but that’s absolutely what I needed in this case.

I experienced a slight break out on one finger. I did use it longer then recommended because I started the treatment late. It did help cure as it’s healing. Stopped all itching immediately.

Bought for my 15 year olds eczema outbreaks. Works great!! Moisturizes, and removed all of the red spots from his face.

I’ve gone through 2 tubes of this to give a verdict. I’ve used it everyday (so I am not reviewing for how it would help eczema flareups) and it does suffice although without “sealing it” with aquaphor, I feel like I need another application within a half hour of running the space heater without a humidifier.
To be fair, I am on the hunt for something for dehydrated, eczema prone skin. I’m not too happy with Cerave creams, I’ve gone through 2 tubs but they’re not moisturizing enough (Cetaphil on the otherhand, the tub of cream that you can get from Costco, performs better in this respect). What I’m trying to find possibly doesn’t exist. Something that would garner a 5 star would likely have the properties of a hand cream without being poreclogging and hard to spread. A 6 star product (if I could give 6 stars) would be something that can withstand the comforter/pillow case from completely rubbing off (and waking up to feeling dry tight skin).

I’ve had persistent eczema for a many years and purchased this in hopes that it would help with that. However, even after consistent application, my eczema remained virtually unchanged.

This product is great for its purpose. I went into this purchase thinking I was going to find the final resolution for my dyshridrotic eczema on my ring finger and it definitely provided momentary relief. However, my actual type of eczema required “dry time” to heal and the lotion application was unfortunately making it worse in the long run. I ended up needing a prescription topical steroid to truly heal! I can finally wear my gold rings again.
For topical eczema or temporary relief after hot showers or on dry skin, this lotion works great! Consistency is creamy and really moisturizes, leaving skin feeling smooth.
Pensive –
This lotion does a good job at stopping itching skin. I didn’t help much with the appearance though.
