Upon lathering this product has an overpowering odour of sweat. Same for the shampoo that I ordered at the same time. There’s no other way of describing it. As for conditioning. Terrible. No conditioning/smoothing effect at all. Having used Kerastase products for decades I have to question the QC on these items. Very disappointed and will only buy from registered salons in future.

This product is nothing like the product purchased in a salon. I am not sure if it is tampered with or diluted, but my hair does not look anything like it did with t the real product and I suspect this is a fake or altered conditioner

Conditioner is great! Just be careful who you purchase it from. The consistency should be thick not watery like soup. It should not drip out of the bottle when you turn it upside down either.

Premetto che cambio spesso il tipo di balsamo, ne ho provati molti di kerastase. Questo non mi sembra il migliore, i capelli sono morbidi ma non idratati, il colore è comunque sbiadito..non mi aspettavo miracoli ovviamente! non lo ricomprerò.

(even the unscented shampoo had a horrible smell ( I sent it back too)
