I don’t feel like this cleanses my skin well. I don’t care for the feeling either, my skin doesn’t feel clean after using it. At least with cleansing oils my face feel clean afterwards and then I go in with a regular cleanser, but not with this. The only pro is that it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. The price on Amazon is also too high compared to other retailers, especially for this travel size.

The product had separated into oil and balm, I was confused as to if I was supposed to use that liquid or keep squeezing for the actual product. the smell is very chemical and stronger than I expected, it made me worry if this is something i should put on my face.

it gets the job done, but you WILL have to go in with another cleanser after using this, it leaves a thick film even after rinsing off. also is pretty hard to get out of the bottle.

Only got 1 of the 2 bottles so that was a bummer right off the bat. This was my first time using a balm and I didn’t expect it to feel so “oily” after rinsing and having to cleanse after just to get this off. As others have said, hard to squeeze out of the bottle. Why? Despite that, I’ve been using for a week now and my skin seems happy.

It takes off makeup really well and is a nice texture but unfortunately it contains some gritty oat particles that annoy me cos I can feel them scraping against my skin

Within 3 days of using this product, I managed to pop a hole in the top of the tube because the product is so hard to get out. After applying the product I wash with another cleanser to get the residue off. I am not a fan of how it feels after washing.

I saw a video review this product and they recommended to use it to replace/substitute makeup remover. Had to test it out. Removed makeup quick and easy! Left my face slightly oily after use but no irritation and less work than others out there. I recommend giving it a whirl, I will be purchasing again.

This is a nice first cleanser, but it definitely needs to be followed by a water-based cleanser as it is very hard to wash off on its own. I also don’t love the smell of it.

Really great cleanser, balms melts into a oil texture, removes make up easily. I use a flannel to wash off with water. Leaves the skin very soft and moisturised. I have dry skin which is sensitive and this doesn’t irritate it. Would definitely recommend.

Huge fan of the inkey list so thought I was going to love this, I love all their serums and gel cleansers. Consistency of this is an absolute nightmare its so thick basically impossible to squeeze out of the tube, and you need to use loads of it as it doesn’t spread well at all.
Awful at removing eye makeup I’d rather use the inkey list hyaluronic acid cleanser twice than use this for 1st cleanse. My skin goes so red because of how hard you need to rub to work this product in and rinse it away. Doesn’t emulsify with water. There’s honestly nothing good I can say about it, it doesn’t function like any other cleansing balm I’ve ever used… I’m so confused by all the positive reviews, got me thinking maybe I received a dud bottle?? No idea, but either way I’m going back to my old balm. Had to chuck this away before finishing the bottle I just cannot use it.

This products works like magic to melt off makeup and skincare at the end of the day. It works like a dream and is not rough against the skin. It feels oily but doesn’t leave an oily residue once wiped/washed away. A little goes a long way but whatever is your preference! Doesn’t leave skin feeling dry and is very gentle.
