I have no idea how to even explain this. It feels terrible on the skin. Vegetable oiland water, mixed together on my face just smeared. I can’t tell if it is leaving a film on my face or not taking off my makeup. Either way, I have to double cleanse, which is annoying. I’ve used this probably 4 times and each timei hate it. I’m going to try to use it up, but this is terrible.

First of all this smells absolutely RANK. It smells like vegetable oil. Second of of it looks like vegetable oil. It’s not a balm consistency at all it’s a runny oil with lumps in it? It seems to have selected of something in the tube. Got my face clean but felt horrible and slimey doing so. But it did it fact rinse off, wouldn’t know for mascara. But this is a cheap nasty balm I won’t be buying again. I’ll stick with the Korean brands

I got tired of wasting money on wipes and wanted something less wasteful but a product that will not break me out my sensitive skin. The oats ingredient is what grabbed my attention since I know they are known to be moisturizing for skin. I use this cleanser as the first step of cleaning and it gets all the make-up off. My skin does not feel stipped afterward. My new holy grail!

I have acne prone skin so I wanted something to easily get my makeup off without irritating my skin. If I wear a full face of makeup it takes a bit of product and a lot of wash clothes.. I ended up having to use micelles water and cotton pads which irritate my skin, to get the rest of the makeup off. If you don’t wear as much it will be easier

Yes unscented creamy face wash is amazing! This takes off all of my waterproof mascara and does not leave a filmy residue on the eyes. I wash my face with tepid water and this face wash then wipe off with a towel. Very gentle I have sensitive skin and have had no issues with us. In fact my skin is so clean I sometimes don’t even use a toner after because I know the make up is gone. I am converted! This will always be in my bag. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars on value for money is because it is a little on the pricey side for a Face wash but the nice thing is a little goes a long way!

I could not live without this product. I use it to remove my makeup every time that I wear any. I have combination sensitive skin and my skin has never reacted to it. I’ve recently had a bad eczema flare up on my face and leaving it on my bare face for half an hour took out the entire flare up. I live by this product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Brilliant product for oil cleansing. Works great for removing oil, suncream, and makeup from my oily blemish-prone skin.
Make sure you cleanse with a normal water based cleanser afterwards to double cleanse, don’t just use this alone, as this is just to disolve residue off your face and it will leave a oily film.

This is a great cleaning balm especially for the price. You get a lot of product and you only need a small amount. I like that in comes in a tube instead of a pot like most cleaning balms so I dont have to worry about contamination. The balm glides over my skin nicely and the scent is light. For people who double cleanse this would be a great addition to your skin care routine

This is not the real product! The actual product is on the left and the one i bought from here on the right…can feel a massive difference in the packaging and can see the fake product doesn’t have as much on the packaging than the actual one and the label at the top is thicker on the real one.

It was very thick. Contacted manufacturer said put in warm water for 30 sec. Cannot do it every time you need to use it. I have had several tubes this is the first so thick.

This is a great product to remove makeup and grime at the end of the day. It leaves my sensitive, combination skin soft and supple. I know I will be using this more often as cold, wet, winter weather sets in.

Finally, a cleanser that doesn’t sting or burn and actually does the job! I have the most sensitive skin plus rosacea plus I’m on topical tretinoin for acne, so I was extremely cautious while applying this, hoping it won’t burn. This is the first cleanser I use that actually calms my skin and that includes dermatologist-recommended gentle brands for extremely sensitive skin that actually burn like hell (Cerave/Cetaphil etc). I just really hope the inkey list won’t stop selling this cause it’s a lifesaver. It removes make-up and sunscreen quite nicely as well (make sure you don’t put it near your eyes though).

I’ve had a few products from The Inkey List and loved them all, this one is no exception. A really great everyday cleanser that I can use am and pm.
I actually got this as a cheaper alternative to the Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm and it’s amazing but quite pricey. This is a great alternative… the texture is slightly different but still great and there isn’t really a scent which is good for sensitive skin but doesn’t make it a little less luxurious.
It’s also really good for taking off makeup and leaves your skin feeling clean, well balanced and moisturised.
I just pop a small amount on the high points of my face and mix with a small amount of water to loosen then rub in circular motions… I then use a flannel or muslin cloth to remove the excess or sometimes leave on for a little while as a hydrating mask.
Definitely will be buying it again and would recommend buying it if you’re not sure about it because it’s so cost-effective too.
