I like the product and it does seem to improve texture but it leaves a stick film on your face. I have oily skin so this definitely isn’t ideal as by the time I have applied moisturiser, I look like a big shiny mess

Really gentle on your skin, but leaves a stickiness afterwards. I used it each night after my cleansing routine and found that my skin felt like it still had a layer on it when I woke up, didn’t feel clean, and I actually ended up with spots, which I don’t usually suffer with. Not sure if it just doesnt suit my skin type

tried this on my clean skin, stung a lot and left chemical burns on my neck and face. don’t recommend for sensitive skin at all.

I LOVE this product in itself especially for sensitive and dry skin. But the delivery was a little upsetting to say the least. I opened up my Amazon package to see the box was torn open from the bottom with the seal still on the top. and the toner was completely out of the box in the package. There isn’t a seal when I open up the toner so I genuinely have no idea if my toners been tampered with but trying to return an item through Amazon is probably the most inconvenient experiences I’ve had to go through. Amazing product, but you should probably order through the actual website since they take better care of mailing their products out.

Really wanted to like this because its advertised for Sensitive skin. No fragrance, which is a big plus for me. Pretty expensive for the size, but I guess that’s what you pay for the convenience of 2 day/next day delivery. It wasn’t sealed, so is that normal? I did an allergy test 24 hours before I used it on my face and it was fine. So, it really burned my face when using. I started out once a day. Had to go to once every other day. Then I just stopped using it cause it burned too much when using. The INKEY List has other products that I love and will continue to use, just not this one.

It’s a good product, a bit pricey for it though. The bottle is much smaller than you’d think and It goes quite quick depending on how often you’re using it. I wouldn’t recommend using it everyday, as it’ll dry you’re skin out a little and might it feel tight. I use it twice a week-Tuesday’s and Friday nights. It always makes my skin look very nice, glowy, and evens things out. Overall I recommend besides the bottle being very small, and it being used very quickly.

Before wrapping for xmas, i noticed a load of damp in the bow they were stored in, and melted writing on their boxes… Only to find half the contents of each has leaked out, so i’ve had to cling film them in order to wrap for Christmas…!?!
Really shoddy packaging if it leaks when just left on its side…!?!

Bought both the cleanser and toner and both bottles leak, so I have lost more than half of both products. Don’t waste your money.
