When the product was delivered to me, it was as if it was already opened and used. When I twisted the cap open to check the product, it opened easily (meaning someone already opened it) and the product wasn’t even filled to the top. In addition, there was product everywhere around the cap of the bottle. This tells me someone used this product before, returned it, and was later sold to me. This is UNACCEPTABLE and TERRIBLE quality control. I am utterly and disgustingly disappointed.

DO NOT BUY lol this is literally olive oil in a bottle, I’ve used rosehip oil forever but wanted to try a new brand and this is NOT it. Smells like olive oil, bottle came UNSEALED and half empty??? would love to give this 0 stars x

Idk if they changed the formula but the first time I bought this from a different website it was so amazing perfect thickness (not too thick) it was really nice and easy to spread and felt like I was putting rosehip oil on my skin and was being hydrated. But the one I ordered from Amazon, it was so weird and off. First of all it was dArker colour and it was thin and runny so when I put it on my face it didn’t feel hydrated it just felt like I was putting a layer on top, it didn’t really sink in my skin. It smelt way different like a cooking oil and I read someone say something about it being basically fully olive oil which I think is what mine smelt like too. Not to mention when I started using it my redness from acne scars and some new pimples started to appear. Idk if it’s the ones on Amazon are different (which actually happens a lot with these products on Amazon, for example I got a perfume from here and I already owned one of It that was almost finished, and it smelt way different!) I would avoid buying this from Amazon, buy it from a different retailer. Maybe it could be that the brand themselves just changed the formula but I am not spending £6 on another one from a different retailer to find out 😂

I don’t post reviews, however the item was not sealed and half of the product was gone. It appeared the product was used. The option given to me was to return the item. So disappointed, I really wanted to try this oil.

This stuff is amazing! It faded my PIE (acne scars) significantly after just a couple of days and they continue to fade gradually every day. That being said, since this is the only ingredient, any high quality %100 rosebip oil would probably do the same thing.

Can’t believe I’ve never used rosehip oil previously! This has really improved the appearance of my skin/face. Any dark areas I previously had from the sun or breakouts have cleared up. My skin is more even and plump. Normally use it as a cream/serum before going to sleep but I’ve even used this even underneath my makeup to keep my face moisturised during the day. I have normal skin so I’m not sure how it behave on other skin tones, however It has been great during the winter. It’s very nourishing and I will continue to use this product.

LOVE this oil! I do wish it came with a dropper, but it’s still a great product. Also, this is a great price for a quality product.

I’ve just recently swapped to The Inkey List from using Clinique for years. It’s amazing stuff, and this product in particular has made my skin feel very hydrated. I was a bit sceptical about using an oil on my blemish prone skin but my skin has been much better since using The Inkey List products.
I also have eczema on my hands and use this at night on them – I can see a visible improvement to the patches in the morning. I have tried a lot of different products on them in the past with little luck so was pleased to find something which helped which is not steroid based.

I like using rosehip oil on dry patches of skin that are left after spots, dealing with the hyperpigmentation is a secondary benefit. I find that it helps to reduce the flakiness, especially when putting make up on top. I’ve tried higher end brands like Korres and Trilogy and this isn’t that much different from them.
It has quite a strong musky rose scent which is not my favourite but it doesn’t last long and I’ve found the effect similar. I do prefer the more expensive ones, I find the pipette on them easier to use than pouring out the bottle. The lid gets quite messy and I don’t like wasting product that way as it inevitably happens when I use it. Not a big deal considering the price but something I noted.

The oil smells great, has many uses, and is very moisturizing. It helped even my skintone but I didn’t notice any effect on my acne or blackheads. If that’s what you came for try something with niacinamide instead.

As far as rosehip oil goes, this one by the inkey list is my favourite in terms of quality. I would say this product is overpriced, as you can get big bottles of rosehip for much cheaper but the cost is worth it for the product. I use this oil when I gua sha and can say confidently it works well as a massage oil. If your not a fan of overly thick face products, this one might not be for you I suggest researching a lightweight face moisturiser and investing in non-oil based products. However, if you are in the market for a very lightly scented, well moistured and good quality oil I would suggest inkey list 7.5/10.

I got this product because I heard it could help hydrate dry skin, but I don’t think it’s helped me much at all. The most frustrating thing is the fact the oil leaks through the cap. I’ve retightened the cap so many times but it still continues to leak out every time I use it & it’s gotten all over my sink many times.
